Most bikes need to be built and collected in store due to the complexity of assembly. For that reason, most bikes are assembled by a qualified technician. We don’t ship built bikes due to the risk of damage in transit.
Torpedo7 kid’s bikes, however, can be ordered online and delivered for you to assemble at home. Assembly instructions can be found here however if you do not feel confident in building the bike yourself, you can click and collect a built bike or you can visit any Torpedo7 store and book in with our workshop who can assemble it for free. If you don’t live near a Torpedo7 store, any local bike store will be able to assist in building your bike. A service fee may apply if not using Torpedo7 for your bike build.
